The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to enter into a contractual agreement with successful contractor to remediate POE Database backend, to improve the availability of PDF version of “IHR List of authorized ports to issue Ship Sanitation Certificates” and to provide maintenance and evolution of the POE Database tools (Maximum 80 hours until December 2021).
