IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ:

1. Please check Documents section for the tender documents. 
2. Please read Instructions to Proposers on pages 18 & 19 of the RFPS document for detailed information on the submission of proposals.
3. The proposals must be submitted to the following email: nysdbidding@unicef.org. Proposals sent to any other email will be invalidated. Do not send general queries or questions to this email.
4. The subject line of the e-mail should include the bid number; i.e. RFPS-NYH-2021-503345.
5. Proposals can be sent in batches not to exceed UNICEF's e-mail size quota of ten(10) megabytes per e-mail.
6. Attachments to be submitted in PDF format. Attachments other than PDF format will not be accepted.
7. Email links are not acceptable. Proposals submitted as a link will be disqualified.
8. Technical Proposal and Price Proposal must be submitted as separate emails.
9. No other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email submission.
10. Questions to be received by: 22 June 2021. Questions to be sent to myself aadelidaran@unicef.org. Do not “cc” or “bcc” any other email address.
11. All questions will be compiled and the final Questions and Answers will be posted in UNGM within 3-5 days after the questions’ deadline. Do not expect to receive individual answers to your questions.
12. Proposals must be received by latest 23.59 hours (New York time) on 06 June 2021.
