New clarification added: Question 5: We have test kits containing 25 test in one kit. Since they have a common Extraction solution it is not possible to divide the kit into 25 separate test kits. Will this product be accepted?Answer: Our requirement is for 2,000 individual self-use tests Question 6: I have studied the RFQ document for eSourcing Reference: RFQ/2021/19217. Form C (Price Schedule Form) states that 2000 kits are required. I would like to clarify if the requirement is 2000 tests or 2000 kits. Since the product that we are planning to propose, PathoCatch Covid-19 Ag Detection Kit (Manufacturer: MyLab Discovery Solutions, India) comes with 25 Tests in each Kit. I would like to confirm if the requirement is 2,000 tests or 2,000 kits (50,000 Tests). Otherwise, kindly specify exact quantity of Covid-19 Ag Rapid Tests required.Answer: Our requirement is for 2,000 individual self-use tests Question 7: The remaining time until bid submission is however a bit short, would it be possible for UNOPS to grant an extension until the end of the week?Answer: Sufficient time was allocated for this tender, so no extension is required. Question 8: we believe that for effective and meaningful testing of rapid antigen covid-19, you require a reader/analyzer, your specification /explanation say - it does not require an external analyzer, making our proposal not compliant with your specs. however, you require the proper system for testing antigen rapid testing with analyzer, we will be pleased to submit our quote. Answer: This is individual self-use test which includes all required accessories to run the test in sufficient quantity and there shall be no need for any additional equipment or special/additional instruments.

New clarification added: 3. Question: Will a Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Test Kit with sensitivity of more than 70% be acceptable to you?Answer: Yes, please sensitivity with highest percentage is a plus point. 4. Question: There were some question asked in the revision section and some answers to those questions that were not input by ourselves. Is there anything we need to do about them?Answer: Please submit your offer based on this RFQ minimum technical requirement.

New clarification added: 1. Question: Hi, how much tests it would be? The quantity? Answer: Please refer to RFQ document tab (Section III: Returanable Bidding Forms) Form C Price Schedule - Quanity is 2,000 kits, one test kit is for one test for one individual.2. Question: A FDA/WHO approved Antigent Test System has two important compnent - 1) Antigen Test Kit strips/swab/test cartridges,/ pre-filled reagent tubes, verification cartridge, and positive and negative control swabs ( Each kit may contain certain numbers of items to perform these tests) and these kits require Analyzer to work (item 2). 2) Antigen Test Analyzer System ( Must have) Your tender specs do not clarify this. Please explain the tender requires both in equal numbers or X number of analyzer and Y number of Kits. An optional component will be data managment and data transfer module to effectively managing Rapid Testing.Answer: No additional equipment required (i.e. no lab equipment like an analyser); each test kit should be for use by any adult individual and all necessary tools must be contained within the kit.
