Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to lead an activity-based costing and management exercise in Zambia

Scope of Work for Research Firm
• Provide Support for Obtaining IRB and Government Approvals for Research:
• Maintaining contact with the ethics committee to assure rapid processing of IRB request.
• Research Design
• Training for Field work and Preparations for Field work
• Field Work Implementation & Oversight
• Input and Clean Data + additional information from sites (if need be):
• Analysis
• Research Analysis and Dissemination
The full duration of the assignment will be 12 months, running from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.
