SMS Inbound and Outbound Services in Denmark

UNHCR Denmark is rapidly growing its fundraising programs, with active acquisition programs for new monthly and one-time donors. From 2019 to 2020 the number of individual donors (both regular and one-off) saw a 10-fold increase, and we also saw a substantial increase in the number of individuals giving large single donations in the range of USD 1,500-3,000. In order to support our acquisition and retention efforts we are looking to increase the use of SMS Inbound (payment) and Outbound services from which we have historically seen positive return on investment.
