On behalf of the Trust Fund for Victims (hereafter referred to as the TFV) at the International Criminal Court (hereafter referred to as the ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will soon issue a solicitation for the provision of <assistance programme to conduct psychological rehabilitation, physical rehabilitation, and material support for victims in Georgia> through TFV funding. In this connection, the ICC/TFV is requesting expressions of interest from qualified organizations.
