ITB Procurement of food and hygiene package (through voucher modality) for approximately 6,500 Families (Long Term Agreement (LTA) basis)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kosovo kindly request Local Companies to submit bid for the “Procurement of food and hygiene package (through voucher modality) for approximately 6,500 Families” on Long Term Agreement (LTA) basis

Bids must be submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link:

The Bids should be received trough E-tendering system by suppliers not later than 02 February 2021 as indicated on eTendering system

An Bidders conference and introduction on UNDP eTendering online system through ZOOM will be conducted on 19 January 2021, 14:00 hrs. (local Kosovo time) Meeting ID: 882 6000 5018. Passcode: 032649. While all Offerors are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested Offeror.

In the course of preparing and submitting your Bids, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it submitted into the system by the deadline. The system will automatically block and not accept any bid after the deadline. Kindly ensure that supporting documents required are signed and in the pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
