Advise on discussions with Government on behalf of the GCO to ensure common understanding and agreement on potential joint action

Create multi-year roadmap for IF4C for Greece/GCO based on consultations with government and external partners

Support the GCO to implement the roadmap, including but not limited to acting as broker with potential investors and leading negotiations on behalf of the GCO (and preparing related documentation) through to finalization, with Government as appropriate and required

Advise GCO on any legal, administrative, contractual or fiscal issues and risks relating UNICEF and/or Government to formally entering any ESG agreement
