Description
The United Nations Procurement Division intends to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for the printing and mailing of the UN Postal Administration (UNPA) Philatelic Bulletin/Fascinations, for a 1-year period with the option to extend the agreement for two additional periods of 1-year each based on satisfactory performance. The bulletins will be printed and mailed approximately 3-4 times per year. The specifications for a sample bulletin are outlined below.
