Re-advertisement / UIS Modernization Analysis and Recommendations for Education Survey Data

The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Institute for Statistics (UIS) hereby invites qualified service providers to submit quotes as follows:

UNESCO is interested in having a detailed process modernization analysis to obtain a clear picture of the current maturity level related to the survey process patterns and practices, resulting in an assessment ideation report. The recommendations and a reviewed architecture will aim at improving the productivity, achieve faster delivery to the market, improve  governance, standardization and visibility, thereby improving the quality and customer experience, reduce maintenance costs and the risks of necessary rework related to erroneous architectural decisions.
