Subscription to specialized electronic dictionary (English, French)

Background and objectives: The French Translation Service (FTS) in DGACM translates from English into French a high volume of budgetary and financial documents, including on audit and accounting. Language staff need access to a specialized electronic dictionary, preferably online, but with a download option, for the translation of such documents. To support the translation of specialised documentation into French, the UN intends to subscribe to an online accounting dictionary with the following features: A. English to French and French to English B. Wide coverage of accounting and financial management terminology, including accounting standards C. Comprehensive definitions D. International dictionary covering Francophonie, not just one country, designed by a team of specialists from national and official accounting authorities E. Bulk or group licenses are available at a discount.
