Supply and delivery of Photovoltaic Panels to OSCE, Programme Office in Dushanbe

In 2019 OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe (POiD) initiated an energy security survey, conducted by Welthungerhilfe, in the upper Zerafshan basin of the mountainous villages in Kuhistoni Maschchoh and Vahdat district in order to help the government of Tajikistan to achieve its goal in provision of access to energy to all. The area is classified as a remote one lacking access to the centralized power grids.
