Please refer to the below answers: Item #3, Supply, Delivery and Printing of Notebook Including printing of COVID 19 guidance in Covers Pashto/Dari by 4 color printing what does it mean ? Is it related to inner pages or the cover only? Or there is only 4 color logo in either case please clarify specifically. Please refer to the ITB section II. The specification is very clear "supply and printing of notebook" The notebook contains 100 Sheets of no lined paper and the awardee company will be reasonable to print the COVID 19 guidance only in Covers in two language Pashto & Dari. The design of covid 19 guidance will be provided by UNOPS. Item #6 & #7, The brochure and the flyer what are the different between these two please? The specification of brochure and the flyer for item #6 & 7 are the same as you can see it as well, please. Yes the specification of both are the same. Yes, this is international competitive bidding and there is no nationality exclusion. b) If yes, will UNOPS provide the tax Exemtion certificate for custom clearance in Kabul? Yes, UNOPS will provide tax exemption and custom clearance. c)Sustainable Raw Materials- Can we use organic cotton or Recycled PET Plastic material for bags and FSC CERTIFIED papers for all the printed materials? Please refer to Section II Schedule of Requirement for minimum technical requirements. Are these goods requested in the RFQ Afghan Customs Duties exempt? Will provide exemption letter for the goods clearance? Yes. UNOPS will provide a customs clearance exemption letter.2. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for your interest and clarification on this solicitation. Please refer to the below answers:1. This means that only local suppliers can compete as any international supplier will have to add shipping and handling = more than 21 days. So, if this bid is intended only for local suppliers please advise accordingly. Answer#1-This requirement is advertised as open international competition and there no nationality exclusion meaning local and international suppliers can participate. The delivery time (within 21 days) is set considering the urgency of the requirement and the market.2. We understand that time is of essence and the kits are needed ASAP. Yet it looks strange that UNOPS ask for Bid Validity (= time to process the tender) of 90 days and supply is only 21 days!Answer#2-The bidders are requested to keep their bids valid for 90 days to allow time for evaluation of bids and award of contract. In the meantime, if UNOPS decides to modify the delivery terms, this will be through an amendment to the bidding document and you will be timely notified. You are encouraged to check the tender announcement regularly. Please advise if tender is ONLY for local vendors or allow at least 45 days for supply. Answer#3-As stated above, this tender is announced as open international competition and there no nationality exclusion. Your proposal to extend delivery time will be reviewed and if such decision is taken by UNOPS, you will be notified.Thank you UNOPS Procurement Team
