Description
The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), is seeking an authorized and experienced supplier to provide secuirty printing services of security stamps to validate the authenticity of CITES documents. The requirements are as follows: 1. The provider shall print security stamps in accordance with the technical sepecifications as well as the technical drawings and deliver one million security stamps to the CITIES Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland. 2. The full quantity one million security stamps to be delivered within eight weeks from the purchase order issuance date, DAP Geneva, Switzerland. 3. Upon delivery, the CITES Secretariat will perform a goods inspection, prior to accepting the delivery. Once it has determined the stamps are in accordance with the technical specifications, the stamps will be considered as "delivered" and "accepted". In the event that the stamps do not comply with the technical specifications, the CITES Secretariat will provide the vendor, within three (3) business days, written notice of the shortcomings. The vendor will then be required to take remedial action, at no additional cost to the CITES Secretariat.
