Individual Consultancy - Support to implementation of Triple Billion Targets

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a suitable individual consultant to achieve the programme objectives in line with the Triple Billion Targets of the WHO 13th General Programme of Work. The Delivery Expert will utilize a wide range of established partnerships with UN Agencies, Donor institutions, counterparts in WHO Collaborating Centres and other public health institutions in the development of solutions to public health issues and in order to support selected countries and 6 regional offices to implement the delivery approach in moving to triple billion targets and SDGs.

The Consultant shall be solely responsible for withholding and paying any taxes, duties, social security contributions and any other contributions which are applicable to the Consultant in in each location/jurisdiction in which the work hereunder is performed, and the Consultant shall not be entitled to any reimbursement thereof by WHO.
