The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Private Sector Partnership (PSP) Unit in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of fundraising events and gala sponsorship 2020 - 2022

Under these services, PSP (UAE) is looking to partner with qualified service provider(s) that can conceptualize, plan, and execute fundraising events and sponsorship galas in UAE. The purpose of these events will be to strengthen our presence and brand in the country, generate new prospective major donors and raise funds for our programs in MENA. PSP UAE would like to appoint a main and back-up service provider. The back-up service provider will be activated in case the main one fails to perform.

The scope of the Frame Agreement between UNHCR and the selected service provider(s) will address the following principal UNHCR’s requirements, as specified further in the Terms of Reference (ToR) document attached hereto as Annex A:

  • Conceptualization – Propose innovative event strategies that align with UNHCR’s brand and event objectives
  • Planning – Map out an audience centric strategy with full logistic complement
  • Execution – Create a dynamic event and/or brand experience that leaves a lasting positive impression
  • Fundraising:  solicitation of sponsorship funds
