Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to:

(a) Design a fully operational video production and broadcast studio environment with an adjacent control room, and two video editing suites.

(b) Drafting the specifications & related documents including synoptics, plans, block diagram and schedule.

(c) Develop, monitor, respond to queries and over see process regarding the call for tenders and procurement of equipment

(d) Project coordination, implementation and commissioning (approximately April 30th 2021).
