Provision of Instrument Landing System (ILS) in two major airports in Darfur, Sudan, (El-Fasher and Nyala airports).

The African Union - United Nations Hybrid Operation in Darfur (UNAMID) is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI). For the provision of Instrument Landing System (ILS) inclusive of site survey, installation, calibration, testing, certification and training of staff to operate and maintain the system in two major airports in Darfur, (Sudan), El-Fasher and Nyala airports. Companies interested in receiving the solicitation documents are requested to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) to include the following information. a. Company’s Profile; b. Financial statement demonstrating sufficient financial solidity to enter into a contract with the United Nations; c. Reference List of current or previous supply contracts on similar commodity, in sufficient details to allow UNAMID to consider your firm for the receipt of the solicitation The Expression of Interest, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Reference No. UNAMID/AIR11-7/AG For the provision of Instrument Landing System (ILS) in two major airports in Darfur, El-Fasher and Nyala airports must be received by UNAMID no later than 10 Januray 2011, via fax or e-mail. Expression of Interest not addressing the above Points to the satisfaction of UNAMID shall not be considered for the solicitation to bid. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNAMID reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
