New clarification added: Dear Sir/MadamKindly refer Criteria section- Stage: Eligibility and formal criteria - Bidder should be registered with Government of Nepal with good track record of meeting all legal and tax requirement and Bidder needs to submit trade/business license, tax clearance certificate of last year and PAN/VAT registration certificates. Which clearly defines bidders must submit the company legal documents at the time of bid submission, submission after bidding is disallowed/fail from this ITB.ThankyouUNOPS NepalHi Thereif can we set up a company in Nepal after bidding,becuase the Covid we need time to find right airplane to fly to there to set up.Kind RegardsWenLI

In the column side there is the list of activities for FURNITURE FABRICATION AND DELIVERY where you have to give your timeline by ticking/shading on the month which you think/plan to complete that particular activity. Since we don't have this figure of anuual sales turnover in any of the last three years. Could we bid for this tender?

Criteria section under Documents - Tender Drawings for Schools FurnituresThankyouUNOPS NepalDEAR MADAM/SIRTHERE IS A SLIGHT CONFUSION IN THE TENDER DRAWING AND SPECIFICATION AGAIN IN STEEL GAUGE VS REVISED WALL THICKNESS OF 1.5 MM AND 2MM RESPECTIVELY. ALL DRAWINGS MENTION 16 GAUGE WHICH IS SPECIFICALLY 1.29MM AS PER INTERNATIONAL CONVERSION CHARTS. SO THE GUAGE ALONG WITH WALL THICKNESS IS CONTRADICTORY. KINDLY ADVISE ON AMENDMENT PLEASE OF EITHER OF GUAGE OR MM.

Thankyou for various ammendments regarding the thickness of steel pipes, however Please consider the Shesham Beading. Shesham beading is not readily available here in Nepal and its is not durable as it is brittle and prone to cracking. Please consider Pine wood beading.Thankyou.

We have already uploaded the revised version of the drawing where the thickness of the metal sheet used forthe book rack is 2mm and that for the steel pipes is 1.5mm.In regard to the drawer it is 2mm thick steel drawers.Please refer to our latest upload for the revised drawing. Our Company represents many Manufacturers of Furnitures and we Supply Furnitures in Nepal. As per our Supplier the asked Specification of Metal Sheet Thickness is very High and overengineered . The Standard thickness in such furntures are 1.5mm whcih is durable and isnt very very heavy whcih it currently is . Also the Steel Drawers are 3mm in Tender document where as Standard thickness is 0.8mm/ 1mm/1.2mm thichness. The Current thickness is increasing cost of furniture. If the furniture is to heavy it becomes difficult for the person maintaining it .Please suggest if there is a scope of revision in the same and can we bid with standard global standards.
