The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) located in Brindisi (Italy) seeks an appropriately qualified vendor to establish a long-term contract for the supply and delivery of augmented reality glasses (Smart glasses), on an “as and when” required basis. The brand model number are as follows: BRAND: Realwear, Model: HMT-1 Delivery Time: The required delivery time for receipt of the goods shall be a maximum of three (3) calendar weeks from the date of receipt of the Purchase Order. Delivery Terms: The delivery terms shall be based on Delivery at Place (DAP) UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy (Incoterms 2010). Warranty Period: The Contractor shall guarantee the goods are free from defects for at minimum two (2) years) from the date of acceptance by the UNGSC. Contract term: The contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year, with the sole option of the United Nations to extend the duration of the contract for two (2) additional period of one (1) year each (1+1+1 years) subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor.
