Desktop PC - IPv6 and IoT to Malaysia

Dear Sir or Madam,

The International Telecommunication Union (“ITU”), the leading United Nations agency for information and communication technology, issues the present Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) to appoint a company responsible for the Provision of Desktop PC - IPv6 and IoT to Malaysia.

For more information about the specific Goods to be provided, please see the Terms of Reference (Annex 1) to this Request for Quotation.

Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ shall contain the ITU General Terms and Conditions of for the Provision of Services and Goods (Annex 3).

RFQ clarifications

Bidders requiring any clarification about the Request for Quotation document, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries in writing by email to enoy.sanchez@itu.int with cc. to Proc@itu.int no than Tuesday 11 August 2020 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time).

RFQ closing date

Quotations shall be submitted by email to enoy.sanchez@itu.int with cc. Proc@itu.intto no later than Friday, 21 August 2020 at 15:00 hours (Geneva Time).

RFQ amendment(s)

ITU reserves fully the right for any reason and whether at its own initiative or in response to a request for clarification to amend this RFQ prior to closing date.
