Please find answers by question number below. Visitors (combined) average 1,600 a month. There will be forms, an interactive map, animated lements upon scrolling, a feature to assist Toolbox use, and any other creative solutions that support the website to engage with it's content.The number of pages will not change on a regular basis once launched.A solution that will enable the creation of new pages based on templates will fulfill our needs.Currently ICAT uses Bluejeans as well as other platforms which may include GotoWebinar and Zoom among others. New clarification added: QuestionDelivery timelineAs previously highlighted by another supplier, your required implementation timeline is very short, especially for Lot 2.You currently require work on Lots 1 and 2 to commence in September. Please clarify the date by which contract/s will be awarded *AND* the date in September by which you expect/require supplier/s to start work on each of these Lots.Please clarify how you will manage any dependencies between Lot 1 and Lot 2 if different suppliers are selected to undertake these Lots i.e. one agency working with you on branding, and one simultaneously producing a new website.When in November do you require work on Lot 2 to have been completed? Please find answers below.We are not able to say exactly when the contract will be awarded, but of course there will be flexibility regarding the time schedule should the contract be awarded late in September. Should the Lots be awarded to different suppliers, ICAT will act as coordination between the suppliers, and meetings will take place to best plan the work.Completion before the end of November is desired. Service providers may provide alternative time schedules, keeping in mind that proposals will be assessed against the Schedule of Requirements.

This is the most necessary requirement in order for us to make a proper estimation. The Homepage is usually the most important page. With the Homepage to be redesigned, which essential part(s) of the current one would you like to keep?You mentioned, "enhance some of the functionalities of the website". If possible, could you kindly elaborate on specific features on the homepage? Some initial time would need to be allowed for for research, discovery and discussion with the ICAT team about aesthetic and strategic direction.
