1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit proposal for the Provision of dedicated bandwidth Internet via Satellite for UNAMI locations in Iraq with the initial contract of 1 year and a possible extension for additional two (1+1) more years. 2.0 UNAMI's require the satellite solution to provide internet to its offices in Baghdad and Erbil based on dedicated bandwidth with capacity 28mbps download & 8mbps upload on both locations. The capacity for Basrah & Kirkuk and Mosul offices is 6mbps download and 3mbps upload per each Location individually with the capability to increase up to 40mbps for Erbil & Baghdad and up to 10mbps for Basrah, Kirkuk, and Mosul without any equipment change.. 3.0 Minimum of 6 usable global IPv4 addresses (/29) Subnet per location 4.0 This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid/proposal. 5.0 UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for an document.
