The United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) is looking for companies with local representation in Mexico, with at least 5 years of experience in the area of Cleaning Services at ECLAC-Mexico in office cleaning surfaces, greater than or equal to 1,900mt2. Please send the required information in the attached form on the occasion of this Request for Expression of Interest. The services will be performed in Mexico City. Those companies that present the requirements requested in this invitation may potentially be invited to participate in the tender for the contracting of a service that will last for two (2) successive periods of two (2) years and (1) year respectively (5 years in total), to provide cleaning services at ECLAC-Mexico Offices. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES ECLAC Mexico requires hiring the cleaning services for the offices located in the MCS Building 12th floors, and part of the 14th floor, on Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra No. 193, Col. Granada, C.P. 11520 Mexico City. The company will take responsibility for planning, scheduling, executing and directing the necessary and permanent work to carry out a general cleaning in order to keep the property in good use, properly and autonomously implementing the organization necessary to achieve a correct and efficient operation of the service in accordance with generally accepted cleaning standards for this type of place. The cleaning services provided by the company will consist in the following tasks: 1. Horizontal elements (cleaning of offices in general, carpets, floors, warehouses, among others). 2. Vertical elements (walls, doors, gates, among others). 3. Furniture and equipment in general (not include computer equipment or external glass washing). 4. Garbage collection and separation.
