Description of Requirements Purpose of this Request 1. The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (“UNJSPF” or “the Fund”) was established by the General Assembly of the United Nations ("UN") to provide retirement, death, disability and related benefits for the staff of the UN and other international intergovernmental organizations admitted to membership in the Fund. 2. The Enterprise Applications Section (EAS) is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Fund's business applications, and supporting and enhancing the Fund's business processes. 3. EAS is seeking training, development, and support services for our Vitech V3 (version 9) pension administration system client code and functionality. Support services include solutions analysis, systems analysis, project management, deployment services, and quality assurance. 4. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to provide EAS with a Service Catalog of IT services for the areas indicated above (see Table 1 for examples of IT services) Note: Projects will be implemented in accordance with PRINCE2, the UNJSPF standard project management methodology.
