Verint Express License Maintenance and Support

WIPO uses the Verint Express as its customer support solution in its PCT registration system. Verint releases two new versions of software each year, comprising of new features and/or technical improvements.

The successful bidder shall maintain the Software and facilitate WIPO buying a subscription that entitles it to new versions and maintenance releases.

New versions and/or maintenance releases of the Software shall be made available to WIPO in electronic form, unless an employee of WIPO has been certified to install the Software. If this is not the case, the Service provider Service Desk will handle the installation.
