Kindly note the following:

1. The closing date of the subject tender has been extended to the 17th of May 2020.

Kindly find below answer to the question that was sent by vendors

2. Question: Delivery of the items to one location or different locations? Answer: All items are required to be delivered to one place at Ninewa governorate.

3. Question: What is the unit measure of item lines number 130,140 and 150? Answer: The unit measure is per meter length, not per roll.

4. Question: What are the required documents that should be submitted with the tender? Answer: Data sheet, catalogs and price proposal.

5. Question: What installation is required for lot 1? Answer: Installation is not required for lot 1, while it is required for lot 2.

Note: Please submit your offers in two separate emails. The first email with data sheet and catalogues. The second email is the financial offer. Companies sending only one email maybe disqualified.
