Description

Dear Sir and Madam,

 

UNICEF’s Regional office for West and Central Africa (WCARO) is launching this request for proposal for the selection of an experimented firm for Provision of communication materials and services (video, photo, graphic design, proofreading, copy-editing and copy-writing services, printing).

 

 

Presentation of offers:

Proposals must be sent via e-mail only to the following address: wcarooperations@unicef.org . The proposal should not be copied to any other person.

 

 

IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

 

The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in two (2) separate Emails and clearly marked as technical or financial proposal respectively as below:

 

  • LRFPS-2020-9157378 - Technical Proposal - LTA– Communications Materials and services
  • LRFPS-2020-9157378 - Financial Proposal - LTA– Communications Materials and services

     

The reference, LRFPS-2020-9157378 must be shown on the proposals (subject on the email addressed).

The Proposal Form must be completed and signed, and the attached documents used when responding to this RFP. The proposing entity is free to enclose any other document that will further clarify the content of their proposal.

 

The proposals must be received at the above address on Friday, April 24th, 2020.

 

Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time and / or in any other manner will be invalidated.

Proposals will only be accepted in USD  or EURO or XOF

UNICEF is an entity exempt from duties and taxes. Your proposal should not include VAT.

The bidder agrees to cover all additional expenditures that were not included in their proposal, except those resulting from the modification of UNICEF’s requirements.
