Request for Proposal for the provision of web design services for the EC-UNDP Joint Task Force on Electoral Assistance (JTF)
In order to assist the individual projects in implementation and showcasing their achievements, the European Commission- UNDP Joint Task Force (JTF) on Electoral Assistance has developed standardized microsites dedicated to each EC-UNDP electoral assistance project worldwide. With currently 13 websites running and showcasing identical technical, visual, operational specifications, the JTF is expected to develop more in the years to come, as per the EC-UNDP Guidelines on Electoral Assistance (available here). The future websites should have identical design and operational features as the existing ones and should be maintained, updated and hosted on the same server.
Also, as part of the new JTF initiative on democratic governance and SDG 16, the JTF had developed a related website which will need to be updated and finalised.
Finally, as part of the JTF conflict prevention activities, the JTF plans to develop a range of websites showcasing data visualization of electoral violence hotspots in given countries.
In this context, the JTF is looking for a qualified and experienced web design services provider to perform the tasks mentioned in the Terms of References (Annex 4).
