Dear Sir/Madam,

UNICEF office for Rajasthan wishes to enter into a non-exclusive Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for the procurement of taxi hire services outlined in the Terms of Reference, as required from time to time during the term of the LTA through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organisation to submit bid as outlined in this Request for Proposal and the terms and conditions contained here-in:

The proposed LTA shall be valid for an initial period of 24 month(s) with a right of renewal for an additional period of 12 months.  Prices offered by bidders shall constitute maximum ceiling prices and shall remain fixed for 24 months period from the commencement of the LTA.

Request for information

Any questions concerning this invitation must be forwarded in writing by email or by fax, to the person who prepared this document, with specific reference to this LRPS number prior to 5 days of the due date of submission of the bid. No request for information will be entertained after this.  The question and its response will be circulated to all the bidders, after deleting the name of the bidder who requested for the information.

Due date and time for submission of the bids:

EMAILED BIDS must be sent exclusively to jaipur.consultants@unicef.org , in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number (LRPS –JAIPUR–2019-9155728) in the subject line and dispatched to arrive NO LATER than the (13 March  2020, Friday – 1200 HRS). Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

PLEASE NOTE: email should not exceed 10MB. If bid response is larger than 10MB, please zip the files or divide response into separate files and send in multiple emails instead.

Full bids should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than (13 March 2020, Friday  – 1200 HRS) in electronic PDF version, duly signed and dated. Bidders must submit their bid, ensuring separate emails for the Technical Bid and the Financial Bid. Each email should indicate the Bid Number and Technical or Price Bid in the subject line. The Financial Bid must be submitted in an email separate from the rest of the bid.  Prices or rates shall not appear in any other part of the bid. 

Supplier will submit the bids electronically to jaipur.consultants@unicef.org in the following manner:

• Technical Bid file clearly named as “Technical Bid- LRPS  -JAIPUR-2019-9155728

• Financial Bid file clearly named as “Financial Bid- LRPS -JAIPUR-2019-9155728” which should be password protected.

Offers must be clearly marked with UNICEF bid reference (LRPS -JAIPUR-2020-9155728).  Late bids will not be accepted.
