New clarification added: Clarification to bidders:(1) Hotel should be located within 8KM from the central Taksim area(2) Meeting room and hotel should be located in the same building.

New clarification added: Firstly, in the "Eligibility and Formal Criteria" section; Does the statement "Bidder must be located in Istanbul, Turkey within 5 miles / 8 km of Taksim area" indicate the hotel or the vendor bidding for the tender? In the case that the bidder is a travel agency registered in Turkey in Ankara and in Istanbul alike. - Hotel should be located within 8KM from the Taksim area. Secondly, in FORM B: Price Schedule form, in item 2, there is a request for interpretation equipment. Will your organization recruit the interpreters or do you expect the vendor to recruit the interpreters. If the latter situation is accurate, what would be the language pair or pairs your organization require. -We only need the interpretation equipment, not interpreters. Thank you.

New clarification added: - Do you have any specific request about location? If not, we are planning to offer a hotel from Pendik or Bostanci region.The hotel should be located within 10KM from the central Taksim area. - Interpretation equipment has been requested on the table. Simultaneous system, cabin and 28 headphones will be included in the budget. We assume that you will not need interpreters from our side.Interpreters are not included in this RFQ- Microphone has been requested on the table. Do you need table microphones for each table or just few handheld microphones will be enough?We would need microphne for the presenters, so a few hanheld microphones will be enough. - What will be the sitting shape of meeting room? Roundtable, U-shape or Classroom shape?Roundtable would be a preferrble option.

New clarification added: (1) the suitable location of the hotel would be located within 10 km from Taksim area in Istanbul(2) Quantity of the rooms cannot be changed as we would have to accommodate all the confirmed partcipants(3) Tea break, lunch, or meal menu can be discussed at a later time.
