A.1 FAO Regional Office for Africa (RAF)

a) Prepare and paint the interior walls of Building Blocks A, B, C and D
b) Prepare and paint the exterior walls of Building Blocks A, B, C and D
c) Prepare and paint the interior and exterior walls of Security Post
d) Prepare and paint the fence walls
e) Prepare and varnish/paint metal staircase
f) Install rain gutters under roof of Building Blocks A, B and C
g) Replace broken acoustic ceiling and panels in Building Blocks A and B
h) Refit floor tiles in Building Block A


A.2 FAO Ghana Country Office

a) Prepare and paint the interior walls and exterior walls of Main building
b) Replace plastic office partitioning
c) Wash and spray the interior and exterior walls of Pre-fabricated buildings
d) Prepare and paint the interior walls of washrooms/toilets in Pre-fabricated and Main buildings
e) Prepare and paint the exterior walls of the Library
f) Prepare and paint the interior and exterior walls of Security Post
g) Prepare and paint the fence walls and gates
h) Prepare and paint woodwork in Pre-fabricated and Main buildings
i) Prepare and varnish/paint metal staircase and other metal works
