New clarification added: Question : With reference to "Returnable Proposal Schedule 3 - BANK GUARANTEE FOR PROPOSAL", could you please provide the amount of Proposal Seurity that has to be insert in the Bank Guarantee?Answer : "Returnable Proposal Schedule 3 - BANK GUARANTEE FOR PROPOSAL" is not required in the submission. Amendment will be issued.

New clarification added: Question : With reference to the "Evaluation Crieria" please clarify if a Subcontractor legally registed in Myanmar can be considered as an "affiliet company" or if we have to form a JV with such company.Answer : Requirement is for the bidder and not for the sub-contractor to the bidder. A JV can be a bidder and so you need to form a JV.

Submission deadline was extended till 12:00 Hrs (Myanmar Time) UTC + 6:30 Hrs on 30 December 2019.

New clarification added: Question : Hi, we are a registered firm in Sudan which provides consultancy services in the architecture and engineering fields and would like to participate in your project, however, you stated that in order to participate we should be registered in Myanmar. Can we register our firm in Myanmar if we win the project bid? We are not currenly registered in Myanmar.Thank you for your considerationAnswer : The bidder or its affiliated organization must be legally registered in Myanmar preceding the closing date of the RFP.
