Supply & Installation of Mezzanine Floor Kit & Shelving for Yees Cold Storage expansion

To increase the capacity of our dry storage, we would like to procure a mezzanine floor structure that would be installed above the two cold room unit.

UNICEF Pacific seeks to procure the following goods (delivered at terminal):

• One (1) complete kit of a prefabricated steel-framed Mezzanine,
• Final floor surface area equivalent to 40 M2 of elevated flooring
• Final floor installation to be at 3 meters height
• Elevated floor to have a dynamic load rating of 400 KG/M2
• Vertical steel beams which may Dyna bolted into an existing concrete slab,
• Inclusive of steel staircase, hand railing, kick plate, and two (2) sliding gates
• Five (5) sets of metallic shelving/racking with the following dimensions:
• One (1) unit of 4 tiers metal rack (190 x 400 x 90 cm)
• One (1) unit of 4 tiers metal rack (190 x 280 x 90 cm)
• Three (3) units of 5 tiers metal rack (190 x 280 x 50 cm) 

This specification is intended for work platform (mezzanine floor) made from steel. All structure component in the framing system shall be made from steel.
