Consulting Services for Land Consolidation in North Macedonia Ph. II – Land Re-allotment Planning in Trn

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has launched a new Request for Proposal for the provision of consultancy services to develop and implement Land Re-allotment Plan and to prepare the conceptual design for agricultural infrastructure interventions, building on the results of the feasibility study (FS) carried out from February – June 2019.
To that extent, the contractor will:
- Conduct land valuation;
- Develop land re-allotment plan following the majority-based approach;
- Prepare conceptual technical documentation for rehabilitation/construction of agricultural infrastructure;
- Prepare geodetic elaborate for registration of new ownership situation.
Timeframe for the services: 10 months
Companies’ registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace portal (UNGM) is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender as the procurement process is carried out exclusively on the UNGM portal.
