The challenge

Most UN tenders don’t wait around.

Tender deadlines are tight, and manual search across hundreds of tenders daily takes hours suppliers don’t have. Here’s how fast UN tenders typically close.

Even 2 weeks isn’t a lot of time to source, price, prepare documentation, and complete a competitive submission. Knowing on day one — not day seven — makes the difference.

The Pro advantage

Two suppliers. One tender. Very different outcomes.

A UN agency publishes a 10-day Request for Quotation on Monday. As is standard, questions to the procuring entity must be submitted by Day 5. Here’s how the same tender plays out for two suppliers.

↑ More wins, in practice

This isn’t just an example — the data points the same way.

The tender doesn’t care when you discover it. What changes is how much time you had to prepare — whether you had enough time to build a strong submission. More time means a better submission, and a better chance at a contract award. Our data supports it.

UNGM Pro does not influence your position in any agency’s procurement process. It helps you discover tenders earlier and gives you more time to prepare a stronger, more considered bid.
