RFP N° 23/2012 – School-to-Work Survey in Zambia (WORK4YOUTH)

Dear bidder,

On behalf of the International Labour Office (ILO), I would like to invite your organization to submit a proposal to provide the services described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex I and the Draft Service Contract attached as Annex III (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).   

The Services relate to the carrying out of a School-to-work Transition Survey (SWTS) to collect and analyse information on the labour market characteristics and various challenges that influence young men and women while they are making the transition to working life.  

The solicitation letter together with its annexes forms an integral part of the present Request for Proposals (RFP). To ensure fair and open competition, all interested bidders will receive a Request for Proposals identical to the present one.

You may submit a proposal to the ILO provided your organization is qualified, able and willing to perform the Services. Please note that your proposal must also include a signed copy of the Certification to be submitted by a Bidder in an ILO Competitive Bidding Procedure (Annex II).   

Failure to comply with the provisions of the RFP and its annexes may render a proposal ineligible for consideration.
