REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL & EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR UNHCR AND TO UN AGENCIES IN TURKEY

UNHCR and UN Agencies based in Turkey have been intensively using “Travel and Event Management Services” to achieve their operational, programme and project activities both in Turkey and abroad.

In this regard, UN Agencies based in Ankara, namely ILO, IOM, UNDP, UNHCR, UNICEF, UN WOMEN and WFP, plan to establish common Contract with one (1) vendor for the provision of “Travel and Event Management Services”, to ensure best value for money.

However, each participating UN Agency may also identify additional vendors as a result of the tender to establish back-up FA(s) under the same terms and conditions. 

Individual UN Agencies shall sign a Contract with the successful bidder(s) to be identified through this tender for a period of two (2) + one (1) years subject to a satisfactory performance evaluation. However, each participating UN Agency may at its own discretion establish LTAs with a different contract period, up to five (5) years including contract extensions as a result of the tender. The extension of the FA shall be based on the successful performance of the FA holder(s) and at the sole discretion of the UN Agency.
