UN Business Seminar in Nairobi, Kenya

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) in collaboration with other UN Agencies wishes to inform of a Business Seminar to be held on 3 October 2018 for vendors interested in conducting business with the United Nations in Kenya and Somalia. The purpose of the Seminar is to provide information on the UN procurement process, UNGM registration and how to identify business opportunities with the UN. The Seminar is open to vendors in the following four categories: a) Construction (Building Works, Roads, Water Supply, Wastewater and Solid Waste Systems); b) Professional Services (Research and Impact Evaluation; Architecture and Engineering); c) Universal Health Coverage (Technology); and d) Energy Efficient products. Vendors are requested to send their expression of interest to participate in the Seminar by 15 July 2018 via e-mail to anne.ingabo@un.org with copy to: esthero@unops.org. Please indicate the categories you are interested to participate. This invitation is extended to vendors who have been in business for 3 years or more, within any of the above mentioned categories. Vendors must submit copy of their Certificate of Incorporation. UNON will consider inviting only those Vendors who submitted response before 15 July 2018 and meet the above requirement. Furthermore, due to limited space, UNON will follow the First-come, first-served approach to identify participants of the Seminar. By 15 August 2018, UNON will notify vendors selected for participation to the Seminar. The maximum allowed participants per Vendor is 2.
