The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to implement a national level survey according to the protocol provided by WHO to monitor compliance with national smoke free laws and tobacco advertising, promotion and sponsorship bans, using traditional surveys and crowd sourcing.
