Description

Background.

Ethics and Integrity have been a matter of grave concern in the Kenyan National Police Service (NPS). Various perception surveys have consecutively ranked the National Police Service top on corruption. This image has deeply watered down the on-going efforts of reforming the police towards becoming a people-centered Police Service.

UNODC is providing technical assistance and advisory services that will assist in countering violent extremism through anti-corruption.

In this regard, UNODC proposes to support the National Police Service - Internal Affairs Unit to develop a Web-Based Anonymous Reporting and Information Gathering System.

Objective.

The purpose of this assignment is to develop a Web-Based Anonymous Reporting and Information Gathering System for the Internal Affairs Unit within the National Police Service.
