Design, Development, Hosting, Support and Maintenance of a New ITU Academy Platform

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) issues the present Request for Proposal to appoint a qualified company for the Design, Development, Hosting, Support and Maintenance of a New ITU Academy e-Learning Platform.

The technical details of the required solution are described in Part IV (‘’Technical Terms of Reference”) of the present document.

Bidders requiring any clarification about the present document, or the procurement process itself, shall submit their queries in writing using In-tend “Correspondence” tool by the deadline of Monday 30 October 2017 at 12h00 hours (Geneva Time). A consolidated and anonymous list of all queries received, together with related ITU’s answers, will be distributed via In-tend.

Proposals must be submitted electronically as searchable PDF files via In-tend by the deadline of Monday 20 November 2017 at 15h00 hours (Geneva Time) according to the instructions set forth in Section 6 of the present document.

Bidders are informed that ITU reserves the right to amend the Request for Proposal prior to the Bid Closing Date. Accordingly, Bidders shall check periodically if any amendments or communications have been provided by accessing the In-tend portal on a regular basis.
