New clarification added: Dear UNOPS,We have taken note of Annex 4 under Schedule 2 where the site names and provinces are listed. Kindly note that the district names are not listed.The district names wherein the sites are located are not mentioned and these would be different from the provinces that are stated. For example Eastern province has 15 districts and at this point it is not certain the exact location of some of these sites as the provinces are quite vast. Would be grateful for a breakdown of the districts in which each site is located.UNOPS Response:We confirm that information on the districts have been uploaded as part of Annex 4, Section II - Schedule of Requirements. New clarification added: Dear Sir/madam,According to the Terms of Reference (ToR), the assignment concerns spot check services. However, no estimated amount of expenditures has been provided. They have only shared the list of the 43 approved sites in Section II: Schedule of Requirements, in accordance with this RFQ? This information is required in order for us to prepare an appropriate financial proposal.UNOPS Response:UNOPS does not disclose the estimated budget for this assignment.UNOPS in collaboration with the three Grantees will provide the necessary documents to be reviewed by the selected bidder prior to commencing the spot checks. These documents will include, amongst others; financial reports, financial management internal controls, programme expenses, company's capacity assessment etc.

New clarification added: Please confirm the total number of locations were the cpot checks will be undertaken.UNOPS Response:The spot checks shall be carried out at the premises of three companies. This is to assess all documentations detailing the programme-related expenses, financial expenditure, and financial management internal controls put in place by the three Grantees.

We observe that the requirement for gender balanced team that was present in the older schedule of requirements document has been omitted in the newly issued version. Bidders must quote prices for the total services for the total requirement requested. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement.
