New clarification added: Question 1: It is understood that some locations are accessable by air transport due to inaccessable by road or sea. To give the clear picture of the cost, may you please state how many locations are accessable by air for each lot?Answer 1: At this stage we do not have an actual figure but since the assessment includes all level 2 to 4 health facilities in each provinces you can check them on google map
