Description

The PSP (Private Sector Partnerships) would like to purchase a VoIP integrated air call system, interrogatable with Salesforce, to make unlimited outbound and inbound international calls, using manual or auto-dialer mode with the best quality of calls and competitive rate per minute.

VoIP software is an application that makes online calls possible. With VoIP software, the PSP team will be able to make and receive calls online whether the call recipient uses a landline, mobile device, or VoIP phone.

Project duration: The service provision is expected to start by the 1st of April 2026  for a maximum duration of three (3) years (2027–2028–2029):

  • Year 1 is between 1st of April 2026 – 31st of March 2027

  •  Year 2 is between 1st of April 2027 – 31st of March 2028

  • Year 3 is between 1st of April 2028 – 31st of March 2029
