Provision of Travel Management Services for UNESCO Headquarters and European Offices

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:
UNESCO is seeking a Travel Management Company (TMC) registered with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), to support its travel operations programme at its headquarters in Paris, France, and its European offices located in Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. The TMC is expected to provide commercial ticketing services for staff and guest travellers, as well as provide access to an online booking tool that will integrate with UNESCO internal systems. While the services the TMC provides will be in multiple countries, account management will be handled in Paris, France. As an international organization involved in the travel of persons of varied nationalities, the TMC would be expected to operate in English and French, with capacity for German and Italian locally.
