Provision of Multimodal Transportation - door to door movement from Jowhar, Balcaad, Mahaday, Garsal, Burrne, Mombasa to Bujumbura, Burundi

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from competent and qualified companies for the provision of multimodal transportation and related Services (door-to-door) for sea containers, generators, motor vehicles, and trailers from various FOB locations in Somalia to Bujumbura, Burundi, including security escort from point of origin to destination. The locations for the specified services are as follows: 1. Door Jowhar to Door Balcaad 2. Door Mahaday to Door Balcaad 3. Door Garsal to Door Balcaad 4. Door Burrne to Door Balcaad 5. Door Balcaad to Door Mogadishu 6. Door Mogadishu - Door Bujumbura (Via Mombassa) or 7. Door Mogadishu - Door Bujumbura (Via Dar es Salaam) Contract Approach: UNSOS anticipates issuing a one-off purchase order. Services should commence on or about third week of December 2025. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued during the first week of December 2025.
