Please pay attention to the phrase “have not been” and indicate with either YES or NO. Selecting “YES “ in response to the bid form questions signifies that the Proposer has not engaged in activities such as fraud, corruption, sexual exploitation, child labor, forced labor, human trafficking etc  and such bidders  are deemed  complaint to the bid form requirements.

Conversely, choosing “NO” as the response indicates that the Proposer has been involved in fraud, corruption, sexual exploitation and child labor, forced labor, human trafficking etc and therefore, is not compliant with the bid form conditions.
