Construction Works of 18 Classroom Schools in the Kani Goma neighborhood in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Iraq.

Brief Descrip􀆟on of the Proposed Project:

This project concerns the construct􀆟on of a two-story school building consist􀆟ng of 18 classrooms in Kani Goma Neighbourhood in Sulaymaniyah /Sulaymaniyah Governorate to accommodate the needs of the refugee and host community's students.
The work includes:
- Demarcation, Clearing, and grubbing of the site.
- Civil works (site preparation, crushed gravel works, excavation, backfilling, etc...)
- Construction of foundations, walls, casting concrete, reinforced concrete works.
- Doors, windows, flooring, and roofing (false ceiling) works.
- Sanitation works (construction of WASH facilities, pipes installation, provision and installation of latrines, construction of septic tanks and cesspools, etc...)
- Electrical works with all its fittings and requirements.
- Provision and installation of:
o Electrical transformer 250 KVA.
o AC units.
o Sound System.
o Fire Alarm System.

Contract Duration: 415 Days.
