Supply of Medical Equipment for Rybnitsa Maternity

UNDP Moldova hereby solicits your bid for the supply of medical equipment as per the Schedule of Requirements (Section 3) and Technical Specifications (Annex 1) for the Maternity Unit and Intensive Therapy Care Unit from Rybnita town.

UNDP Moldova will organize on its premises at "Le Roi" Business Centre (29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 02 September 2013 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Victoria Fonari, SCBM Program Assistant (victoria.fonari@undp.org) by COB on 31 August 2013.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 16 September 2013 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).
